Authors who publish with the Journal of Service, Innovation and Sustainable Development (JSISD) agree that their work may be published by the journal as part of its scholarly communication and dissemination activities.

Authors retain the copyright of their work unless otherwise stated by the journal’s publishing policy. By submitting and publishing in JSISD, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and the right to distribute, display, and preserve the published version of the article as part of the official academic record.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted work is original, does not infringe upon the copyright or other rights of any third party, and includes appropriate acknowledgment of all sources. If copyrighted material owned by others is used in the manuscript, authors must obtain the necessary permissions prior to submission.

The journal reserves the right to publish, archive, index, and make articles publicly available through its website and through relevant academic databases, indexing services, and preservation systems.

Any reuse, distribution, or reproduction of published content should properly acknowledge the original publication in the Journal of Service, Innovation and Sustainable Development (JSISD).
